By using listrichentertainment.com, or by submitting a booking, rental request, or demo through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Who we are
Listrich Entertainment ("we", "us", "our") is a record label and production company operating out of Accra, Ghana and Dubai, UAE, offering artist development, music production, distribution, marketing, studio booking, and equipment rental.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully: not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, not to submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing through our forms, and not to misrepresent who you are.
Studio booking and equipment rental
A request submitted through the Book a Session or Rentals pages is a request only, it is not confirmed until we confirm it with you directly, and online payment is not yet available on this site: payment is arranged directly with our team. The following also apply:
- Extra charges (₵1,000 and above) may apply for specially requested beats requiring specific or rare instruments.
- Additional charges apply for the use of specific live instruments.
- Payments for services rendered are non-refundable.
- All bookings require confirmation prior to session commencement.
- Prices are subject to review without prior notice.
- Must fully fund and complete 4 projects in a month to earn discounted rates and privileges.

Submitting a demo
By submitting a demo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and you're not infringing anyone else's rights by sending it to us. Submitting a demo does not transfer any ownership of your work to us and does not obligate us to respond to or use it. We listen to and evaluate submissions for possible collaboration only; if we want to move forward with your material, we'll agree the terms of that separately, in writing, before any further use.
Intellectual property
The Listrich Entertainment name, logo, and the content on this site (text, images, and design) belong to us or our artists and licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our content without our written permission.
Third-party links and embedded content
This site links to third-party platforms (our artists' social media and streaming profiles) and embeds a Google Map on the Contact page. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information.
No warranty
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it's provided "as is" without any warranty. Prices, availability, and release details are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Listrich Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or this site change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
