What this covers
This policy applies to studio sessions, production services, and equipment or gear rentals booked through Listrich Entertainment.
How payment works today
Online payment isn't live on this site yet: the "Pay" button you'll see on the Book and Rentals pages is not active. Submitting a request through the site does not charge you anything and does not confirm your booking. Once we confirm availability, payment is arranged directly with our team, and your booking or rental is confirmed once that payment is received.
Payments for services rendered are non-refundable
Once a studio session has started or rental equipment has been handed over to you, payment for that time or use is not refundable. This matches the booking terms you agree to when you book: see our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session or a rental, let us know as soon as possible at info@listrichentertainment.com or +233 54 424 0697, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Cancelling ahead of time does not guarantee a refund of any payment already made; we handle it directly with you based on when you reach out and how far ahead of the session or rental period it is.
Pricing
Prices are subject to review without prior notice. The price we confirm with you directly before you pay is the one that applies to your booking or rental.
Rental equipment
While gear or equipment is rented out to you, you're responsible for it. If it's returned damaged, or not returned at all, we may charge you for repair or replacement. We'll always talk to you directly before charging anything beyond your original rental fee.
