Who we are
Listrich Entertainment ("we", "us", "our") is a record label and production company operating out of Accra, Ghana and Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use listrichentertainment.com, including the Contact, Book a Session / Rentals, and Submit a Demo forms.
Information we collect
We only collect what you give us directly, through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, and message.
- Submit a Demo: your name, email, phone number, a link to your music, a short bio, and any social media handles you choose to add.
- Book a Session / Rentals request: your name, email, phone number, the service or equipment you're enquiring about, and any additional details you provide.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not collect any information about you beyond what you type into these forms. We also do not collect any payment or card details through this site: online payment isn't live yet, and every booking or rental is currently paid for directly with our team.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm studio bookings or equipment rentals, and review demo submissions for possible collaboration. We keep a record of business communications for our own reference. We do not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service that only forwards what you submit; it is not used for marketing and does not appear anywhere else on this site. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where we're required to by law.
Because Web3Forms and the infrastructure this site runs on operate internationally, your information may be processed on servers outside Ghana or the UAE. By using this site, you understand your information may be handled in this way.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it takes to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for our own business records, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email info@listrichentertainment.com and we'll act on it promptly.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Cookies

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
